Our Services
By submitting an order and/or payment, you are purchasing the product for your personal use. All products are created by freelance writers who transfer all rights and ownership to the company upon delivery. All products are non-refundable and are provided without warranties, either expressed or implied. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions before placing an order and/or submitting payment through this website.
Refund Policy
It is important to read and understand the refund policy to be fully informed of the conditions under which refunds are applicable. The Wrighting Brothers offers refunds only in specific cases and under the following terms:
Change of Mind:
A full refund is available if our writers/editors have not yet started work on the project. If you decide to cancel the project after placing your order, you must request a refund within the first hour of placing the order. A 15% processing fee will apply for cancellations made after this period.
Incompetent Delivery:
Refunds may only be requested after all available revision options have been exhausted. If the product does not meet the requirements documented by the customer, we offer unlimited revisions to ensure satisfaction. If satisfaction is still not achieved, we will discuss a mutually agreed percentage refund (only if the product is significantly off-target). You may reserve free pages for future use, which can be claimed at any time for products of equivalent value.
Late Delivery:
We strive to ensure on-time delivery. If the service is delayed and we fail to respond after three attempts to contact us, a refund will be processed once it is proven through documentation that the delay was the company’s fault.
Refund Time Frame:
Refunds must be requested within 120 days of delivery. Refund claims after this period will not be entertained. Customers are advised to note the deadline for requesting refunds at the time of placing an order.
Cases Where Refunds Will Not Be Issued:
Minor errors such as grammar issues, typos, word count discrepancies, or missing references may result in partial refunds or discounts for future purchases.
Delays caused by the customer will not be eligible for refunds.
No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction based on wrighting style preferences.
